1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is defective, damaged, or not as described

• You received the wrong part

• The part has not been used, installed, or altered

• The item is in its original packaging, including labels and manuals

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return:

• Electrical components once opened

• Products that have been installed or show signs of use

• Custom orders or specially requested parts not listed on our platform

3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team via the Help Center or email us at support@slurg.co.ke with the following:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item received
  Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address.

4. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds are made through the original payment method (e.g., M-Pesa, bank transfer, or card). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we are happy to arrange it based on stock availability. You may be asked to top up or be refunded the price difference where applicable.
